The products come from outside Estonia (the products are ordered personally after placing the order). Delivery time is 7 working days + within Estonia. There is a 14-day right of return.

5. The status of the order shows COMPLETED, but I haven't received my order yet.


This means that the goods are already in the parcel machine or arriving to the destination of Your choice immediately.




6. What if the product does not fit/is defective/I received the wrong product or I would like to have a replacement product?
